The mission

What we're building

UK employment law is complex, constantly changing, and the penalties for getting it wrong are severe. Large companies have HR departments and lawyers. Small businesses are expected to work it out themselves.

We think that's broken.

Regulyn uses AI to make HR compliance accessible to every business, not only those with deep pockets. We're building tools that analyse handbooks, generate compliant policies, and keep businesses protected as the law evolves.

It's not glamorous work. But it matters. When a small business owner can sleep at night knowing their policies are compliant, that's a win.
